yesterday, we met this beastly baby sized zucchini. this baby was grown in our neighbors' garden, only to be gifted to us.my mother and I dug into it today. my mother making a large zucchini, tomato, and garlic dish while i made two loafs of zucchini bread. thinking that should have put a huge dent in the baby? you thought wrong. we used LESS THAN HALF OF IT. we'll be having zucchini for a while...
